These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets and participation in the painting events hosted by Experience Painting ("we", "our", or "the artist"). By purchasing tickets and attending the event, you agree to these terms.
Tickets, Booking and Payment
-
Tickets for all events are available online through our website or third-party platforms and websites. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the price, event details, and any additional fees.
-
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via the available payment methods.
Event Details
-
Events are creative, fun painting experiences with no judgement. All supplies required for the session (paint, canvas, brushes, aprons, table covers and Artist instruction) will be provided by us.
-
Participants are encouraged to arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the event to settle in and choose their seats. The Artist is not responsible for you or your party being seated together.
-
Late arrivals who may miss part of the session will not be entitled to a refund. The Artist will do their best to catch the late arrivals up to the rest of the class. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be given any extra time at the end to complete their painting.
-
No-shows will not receive a refund nor be able to reschedule or rearrange their ticket, their fee will be forfeited.
-
We reserve the right to modify or change the event theme, location, or timing in cases of unavoidable circumstances.
-
Our team will arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time to set up. Please ensure access to the venue during this time and that tables and chairs are provided in the space ahead of our Artist arriving.
-
The event will start promptly at the scheduled time, and finish at the scheduled time.
-
All guests consuming alcohol at the venues must be 18 years of age or older.
-
Our professional artists are present solely to provide art instruction for your workshop. They are not responsible for serving beverages or handling any other event logistics outside of the event and art class.
-
The cost of all materials is included in the event ticket fee; any additional materials requested by attendees may incur additional charges.
Private Bookings
-
For corporate or any private bookings, we require full payment for all attendees before the event to secure the booking. Should you wish to add any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking.
-
If you wish to cancel your event after the full payment is received, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, but we can try our best to rearrange your event to a different date. A rescheduling fee of £50.00 will apply.
-
If the number of people attending the private event decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend.
-
For all private events, the client or attendees are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for serving alcohol in their chosen venue.
Participant Requirements & Alcohol Consumption
-
Age restrictions to enter the venue are at the venue's discretion, and neither we nor the Artist are held responsible for anyone who is refused entry. All participants drinking alcohol must be aged 18 or over. The venue may ask for a form of ID to verify age for alcohol, failure to provide ID may result in refusal.
-
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they are in good health and capable of participating in the event.

If the event is held in a venue that serves alcohol, participants are reminded to drink responsibly. The Artist and/or venue staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying intoxicated behaviour.
-
By attending, participants agree to abide by the alcohol consumption guidelines and local laws.

Experience Painting Loyalty Card Scheme
-
Customers collect one stamp per paid event, per person. You'll receive 1 stamp each time you attend a full-price Experience Painting session. Free or promotional events do not qualify unless otherwise stated.
-
Card must be presented at the event. To receive a stamp, please bring your card with you. Stamps cannot be issued retroactively.
-
9 collected stamps = 1 free reward session. Once you’ve collected 9 stamps, your next pubic event is free. Dates may be subject to availability if sessions are sold out for example, but we will work with you to book you in on the next available date.
-
Loyalty cards are not transferable. Your loyalty card is just for you and can’t be shared, transferred, or redeemed by anyone else.
-
Unfortunately, lost or damaged cards (including partial stamp loss) cannot be replaced or credited — please keep yours safe!
-
No cash value. Rewards have no cash alternative and can only be used against a future Experience Painting event or reward as advertised.
-
Valid for in-person, public events only. Loyalty cards are currently only valid for in-person painting events unless otherwise announced. They are not valid nor can be redeemed against any private events.
-
Bonus stamps. Occasionally we run special promotions (e.g. “Bring a friend” who hasn't painted with us before) where you can earn bonus stamps. These will be communicated on our social media or at our events.
-
Card expiry. Loyalty cards don’t currently expire — but we reserve the right to end or change the scheme at any time. We’ll always give fair notice if we do.
-
Let’s keep it fun. This scheme is a thank-you to our amazing regulars. If we suspect misuse (e.g. forged stamps), we reserve the right to withdraw the card.
By booking an event with Experience Painting, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
